Contemporary, natural and fashionable are the three words that I feel best describe my photographic style. There are many photographers in Central Ohio, so take a look around at the blog and my website galleries to decide if I’m the right photographer for you.
About My Photography:

My focus is in portraits for children, high school seniors and pets. I do not have a traditional studio and photograph on-location in the Columbus area. I was a professional graphic designer for over 11 years. Halfway through my career, I returned to school to focus on my photography and in 2008, Danielle Neil Photography was born. Combining everything I’ve learned over the years as a designer, along with my photographic knowledge, I create distinct images with a modern feel for my clients.
About Me:

I love every dog I meet. I’m a tv junkie — dramas like House and Criminal Minds are my favorite, but I’m hooked on Celebreality shows too. I try to see the Dave Matthews Band every year, even if I have to travel out of state. My dream house would be straight out of Ikea and West Elm. I make weekly trips to Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams and always walk out with the signature Dark Chocolate. My closet looks like an Ann Taylor Loft catalog and if I could, I would wear jeans 365 days a year. Living in Columbus has turned me into a die hard Ohio State Buckeye fan, but my favorite professional football team resides in the state next door, the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Sneak Peak: Jen & Jeff at Franklin Park Conservatory

I had the chance to photograph Jen & Jeff the Saturday before Christmas at the Conservatory. Jen contacted me a few weeks ago and asked if I could squeeze them in around the holidays since they would be in Columbus for about a week visiting family. Luckily, I had nothing planned that Saturday and it worked perfectly for everyone’s schedule. Jen had told me that they weren’t able to get engagement photos before their wedding and they weren’t in love with the wedding photos they had done. This was a perfect opportunity for them to get some great images without the pressure of when they were planning a wedding. Here’s just a few images from our outing at Franklin Park Conservatory.

Abby - BEAUTIFUL CAPTURES!!! I really love that last one and the first one. I feel a little silly saying this, but the shade of his eyes… is gorgeous! It’s like truly “seafoam” or something. (Sorry, just had to point that out!)
