Today was a good day, scratch that today was a great day. I love being a photographer and when I get to have a great session in the morning, it just makes the day all that much better. Plus the Buckeyes beat Michigan for the sixth year in a row, that helps to make it a great day too!
I’m not sure how we got so lucky this November to continue to have beautiful weather this late in the year but I’m certainly not complaining!! Elissa knew that she for sure wanted an urban backdrop for her senior session. We decided on the Arena District because there’s such a variety of new and cool buildings in that area. Thanks Elissa for picking me to take your senior photos, you were a blast to work with!!

Here’s just a few new pics from Lindsay’s mini session this past Sunday. Lindsay had her full session late Spring and since she is a senior spokesmodel for Gahanna Lincoln High School, she had the opportunity for an additional mini session right before school started back up. We again went to Creekside Park and Mill Street — it’s just such a great location! If you are a senior at Gahanna Lincoln – be sure to ask Lindsay about more information on specials for your senior photos!

No rain today … well at least in Uptown Westerville when Brittany and I were there for the second half of her Senior portrait session. I love Uptown, so many cool urban buildings and backgrounds within walking distance. Plus it’s a totally different look than her photos from the park!

Brittany knew as soon as we scheduled her senior photos that she wanted her backdrop to be Inniswood in Westerville. The rain held of for us at the park and we got a ton of photos. But I must admit … I was bummed, just when we got to Uptown Westerville for the second half of her session it started raining. Here’s a sneak peek of just a few from the park. More to come when Brittany and I meet up in a few days for the rest of her session!
