I am so excited to say that we were able to raise over $600 for Friends of Fido MCDP with the Sit.Stay.Smile Fall dog photography fundraiser! I photographed 17 dogs over two days. Needless to say, the studio was not only full of puppy kisses but also a ton of fur! While I wish I could post all the photos from the 2-day event, some of them are Holiday presents, so those cuties will have to wait until after
Christmas.

First up are Hemi and Cooper. What a pair! Hemi was howling in the hallway before he even made it into the studio. The howls of a Beagle-mix, ringing through the hallways of my building made me laugh before I even opened the studio door. You would never know this sweet boy is 9 years old! Heather, his owner, informed me that this old dog hasn’t acted like this in years! He had a grand old time for photos and continued to howl at me though the whole shoot. His brother, Cooper, on the other hand was calm, cool and collected when it was time for his photos and I captured  some fun images pretty quickly.

Jasmine is next up. What a serious Boxer she is! Her owner, Cindy, had participated in the last fundraiser with her other dog, Andy and it was Jasmine’s turn this time. The faces a serious dog makes just melt my heart. Totally hamming it up for the camera.

Janet brought her two dogs, Cowboy and Trudy in for their photographs. Trudy wasn’t too sure of the whole experience at first, but after a few minutes, she decided to just lay down on the floor and have her photo taken. Cowboy on the other hand, refused to look at the camera! He did everything in his power to turn his head the opposite way. I had to laugh as he was completely focused on staring at the door that  he walked in. He wanted no part of the photo session, but little did he know, I took some super cute photos of him.
