‘Tis the season! Yearbook deadlines are looming for many of the schools in the Youngstown area. Such is the case for Ursuline high school, who’s yearbook deadline is almost here at the end of October!
Tammie contacted me about doing her son, Adam’s senior photos. Adam is a Class of 2018 Senior at Ursuline High School in Youngstown. They were both looking for a quick, easy session and we agreed a Basic Senior Session was the best bet for Adam. Tammie had played around with the idea of doing Adam’s yearbook photo herself because she has a nice camera. But in the end, decided it would be easier to have me do the photos for them. And I’m so glad they made that choice!
A professional photographer can make a world of difference between a good photo and a great senior portrait. There are so many things that go into composing a photograph – the light, the posing, the angle, the background, the depth of field. The list goes on and on to get all the little details in place. Plus a great Senior photographer makes their clients feel relaxed and have the confidence that makes their personality shine through in the photograph.
Basic sessions are held in the Boardman Studio or at Boardman Park. We did Adam’s senior photos at Boardman Park. It was a pretty Fall evening and we were in and out in just 20 minutes. These quick sessions are great for guys who just need a yearbook photo and a few images for the family. I love that I have this option for clients who are looking for a short and sweet senior photo session.
Here are a few of the images that I loved from Adam’s Senior photos. Tammie selected the first image as a wall portrait to display in her home. It was my favorite image of him as well so I was thrilled when they selected it as their wall art!
