Lanterman's Mill Winter Landscape Photography { Youngstown, Ohio }

I have been waiting all Winter for a beautiful snow day and non-polar vortex cold. The way this Winter has gone, that’s much easier said than done! Finally in mid-February I got that day. We had a heavy snowfall the night before and the temperatures were actually going into the 30’s that afternoon. Who would have thought that we would consider a 30 degree day a warm day. Off to Mill Creek Park I went. I got there just in time, as the temperatures were rising and the snow was melting. Lanterman’s Mill looks beautiful in the Winter. With the snow and the frozen ice around the Falls. I am not a fan of snow or Winter, but it is definitely worth the track trek outside to see the park in all it’s glory.

I wanted to venture around to other areas of Mill Creek, but when I finished up around the Mill, the snow was completely melting off the trees. Even though it is already March, I am sure at the rate we are going this year, there will probably be at least one or two more days of snow. Hopefully those snowfall days include comfortable temperatures so I can capture some more images around Youngstown.

If you are interested in purchasing one of these images or others from my collection of Mill Creek Park Photographs, please be sure to check out my page on Fine Art America.
