Portraits for Mom in Westerville {Columbus Kids Photographer}

This past fall, I had the opportunity to work with Hannah on her senior portraits at Creekside in Gahanna. Her mom, Jennifer, recently contacted me about creating some additional portraits of all three of her children. I was so happy that they enjoyed the senior portraits so much that they would be using me for more photos of their family.

We headed to Heritage Park in Westerville for portraits of the children. It was so quiet at the park that day, with just a handful of people walking the paths. There was a nice  breeze and the weather had finally cooled down a little. It really was the perfect setting to capture images of the kids.

With the various ages of the children I had a blast photographing each one of them. Hannah, who is 18, had the whole photo process down pat, having worked with me before. On the other hand, Louis who is 8-years-old, was not sure what to do. I knew I had to get him loosened up before I would be able to really capture his personality. After some jokes, giggles and laughter he was ready to go and he shined for the camera. Baby Joshua at a whopping 9-months, may be one of the happiest babies I have ever met. What a trooper this little guy was through the entire session! Not only was I able to capture images of each of the children by themselves, but also some group photographs as well.

These kids were a breeze to photograph. The light was great, their outfits were perfectly coordinated (thanks to mom!) and the location was quiet enough that they could relax. Thanks to Jennifer for allowing me to photograph her cute kids
and congratulations to Hannah, who just graduated from high school a few weeks ago!
