Another beautiful dog from the Kibble & Pics pet photography event at Boardman Park. Lola is a two-year-old Maltipoo and is pretty much a total diva. I follow Lola’s shenanigans on Facebook, where I’m friends with her pet parent Becki. The little diva dog got to go on her first plane ride this year to vacation with her family in Florida. Becki is always posting photos of her glammed up with bows, visors, Doggles and clothes that include pajamas! Yes, Lola is a better dressed pup than most people!

Not only did Becki and Lola come for the quick photo session, but also her daughter, aka the boss Adria, was there as well. As you can see in the photos below, this little dog was well primped for her portrait session. Pink bow – check, pink collar – check, pink painted nails – check, a touch of pink on her ears – check! Pink was definitely the color of the day for Lola and she wore it well.

Lola was being her usual diva self and decided she had no interest in any of the treats that I brought along. So I relied on strange noises and Adria jumping around behind me to get her attention. This Maltipoo was so worn out after her photos, she was ready to relax in the air conditioned car and head back home for a nap.

I had to get a shot in with at least part of the historic St. James Meeting House in the background. Everyone who knows Boardman Park, knows about the little white church that sits near Rt. 224.
